Why Wine Charms?

Happy Fall Everyone!  I am currently sitting in my sun room with a nice crisp breeze, and I am loving it!  This weather has been making me really excited about the upcoming holiday season, and I can't wait.  But before we get to that, I wanted to share a little story with you, about my wine charms.

Last weekend, I traveled to New Orleans with some friends for a bachelorette party.  I had never been to New Orleans, and I am now hooked on that city!  The southern French charm combined with the creole food and atmosphere is absolutely addicting.  We stayed at a beautiful home that we rented off Air B&B and really enjoyed ourselves.  Naturally while we were there we were partaking in some beverages, because well, that is what you do on Bachelorette parties.  The ladies and I were drinking wine while we were getting ready to go out, and all of a sudden there were 7 different wine glasses on the kitchen counter!!!

Yep, you got it, I was a product of my own marketing... we didn't have ANY wine charms!!!!  I literally could not figure out which wine glass was mine, and I said something jokingly about how I should have brought my wine charms with me.

After I said that one of the girls looked at me funny, and said, "What is the point of wine charms?"  I almost fell out of my chair when I heard that, and then realized maybe not everyone knows the point of wine charms.

SO, I asked her to tell me which glass of wine glass was hers in the sea of glasses on the counter, and she was struggling to find it.  I told her that if she had a wine charm on her glass she would be able to say "mine is the one with the skyline" , or "mine is the one with the purple bead", and her life would be that much easier.  :)

So moral of the story is, we all need wine charms, and apparently you shouldn't leave home without them...hahaha.  Even me.

If you need some wine charms in your life you can find them on my website, or on ETSY or Amazon.
